By downloading, installing, or using the SpendSense appliance ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our End-User License Agreement (EULA).

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes during the applicable trial or subscription period.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Rent, lease, lend, or sub-license the Software.
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ELEVATE CONSULTING PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
